International Shipping

We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us. Approximate delivery outside the US is 3–12 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Processing time (3–5 business days) is different from shipping time and is added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4–6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics, and sent to the shipping carrier). After your order has been processed, our shipping carrier will pick up your package and tracking information will be emailed to you.

Delayed Delivery

In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated timeframe. We are unable to control shipping delays that occur en route once a package leaves our facility, and we appreciate your patience should this occur — this is especially true during busy holiday seasons (November–December) or promotional periods. If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will ship a new package.

Cancelling an Order

Once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel it if it has already been processed. If an order is cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed, a transaction fee of $20 applies per order. If we confirm your order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please email us as soon as possible at support@gardenglowgo.com if you would like to cancel a recent order.
