• A vigorous grower with a compact habit and shade tolerance for in or out of water. Feathery heads on green stalks create a striking effect for water gardens or damp areas. A great container plant for brightly shaded spots. Spreads by rhizomes.
• Follow a regular watering schedule during the first growing season to establish a deep, extensive root system. For a neat appearance, remove old foliage before new leaves emerge. Divide clumps every 2 to 3 years in early spring.
